What to watch out for at Una Ricci's new store in Uptown Bonifacio
It’s about 3 weeks away before we open our new Una Ricci store at the ground floor of Uptown Bonifacio! We look forward to welcoming you during our opening day on April 23 (Sunday).
We’re happy to announce that Una Ricci will be offering free alterations on hemlines for pieces purchased on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Our in-house sewer will be present at the store from 1 to 10pm on these days to provide you with this added service. Moreover, we can also take your measurements for custom orders during the aforementioned schedule. (Schedules may change due to unforeseen circumstances; free alterations are only available when our sewer is present at the store.)
We now also offer XS to XXL pieces with our standard size chart as indicated below.
For orders in sizes XS to L, there will be no additional charges. For XL items, there will only be an additional P750 and an additional P1,000 for XXL.
For custom orders requiring changes on bust, waist, hips, and length, the custom fee for those within XS to L is P1,000; and P1,500 for those within XL to XXL. For full custom measurements including shoulder, bust point, bust distance, armhole, and bicep that are within XS to L, custom fee is P2,000; and P2,500 if within XL to XXL.
For custom orders with pegs or photo references, you may set an appointment through our sales staff at our Uptown Mall store, via Instagram DM, or via email at unaricciph@gmail.com. Appointments shall be entertained at our headquarters at Atelier Una Ricci.
Note: for full custom orders and custom orders with pegs, please make room for two fittings. We’re working with measurements and clothes made from scratch. We only ask for an additional fitting which is a standard practice for anything custom, leaving room for repair based on client-approved measurements. For any repairs necessary based on original measurements, there shall be no additional costs and a second fitting would be ideal. Measurements originally agreed upon can no longer be changed during the first fitting.
